No Data Collection
This website operates on a 'Serverless' basis. None of the data you enter (Invoices, salaries, names, etc.) is sent to our servers or stored in a database. All processing happens right inside your browser, and your data never leaves your device.
Local Storage
We use your browser's 'Local Storage' to improve your experience (e.g., saving your language preference, drafts and "My Business" details). This data resides only on your computer and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data.
Cookies & Consent
Our own cookies are limited to essential functionality (language) and do not collect personal data. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may set their own cookies. Choosing "Decline" in the cookie notice switches this tracking off. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent is collected through Google's consent management platform (Google Consent Mode v2); advertising and analytics cookies stay off until you consent.
Third Party Services
We use Google Analytics (page views and usage statistics) and Google AdSense (for ads). These services operate under their own privacy policies. Whatever you type into the forms is never sent to them.
Network Requests
When you use the multi-currency feature, only a currency code (e.g. TRY) is sent to open.er-api.com to fetch the current exchange rate; your amounts and your customer or business details are never sent.
Ads & Ad Blockers
Oficco is free thanks to advertising revenue. If an ad blocker is detected, we ask you to turn it off for this site so you can keep using the tools. Detection happens entirely in your browser; only an "ad blocker detected" event name is sent to Google Analytics as a statistic, with no form data.
